Great store and deli counter for lunch or dinner.
Black lady that works the overnight shift was rude and lacks customer service.
On Friday 12/6 around 8p my dad went to the gas station to get gas, and prepaid pump 10. Unfortunately, the gas in the pump was too low and he was unable to pump the gas. He went into the store to get a refund, and he was told that it would take a few days to reflect. So after 4 days which was 12/10, he had realized that he still did not get the refund, & was near the area & decided to inquire about it. He went into the store and was in line to talk to the cashier on duty, just trying to see if there was a potential mistake an and it did not go through. So as soon as he asked, without looking at the receipt, or anything… he responds no I can’t help you in a rude way. He had told him that he cannot treat him like that because all he was asking for was refund information. After that, he had told him that I would be filing a complaint, and he told him if he did not leave the property he will be calling the police, which the cashier did. He waited for the police to arrive, and told them what had happened. After explaining the situation, the police officer apologized for the experience. All in all, what the cashier did was very uncalled for and rude and it should have never gotten to that point. Very disrespectful and will never be spending my money here again.
